RECOJI CNC will provide you the technology support at any time, we will give preference to solve problems through email, phone, videoconferencing. Generally we can diagnose the problems remotely as long as we can see how your machine running. But if the problem is troublesome, the technologist can be also dispatched to your site.

We’ll free change of accessories if they are in warranty period.

Onsite training and travel expenses often fall outside of our warranty and will have additional costs, but know that our technicians do everything they can to keep any costs to a minimum or avoid extra costs all together.

Guaranteed period of machine: 14 months
Training video and operation manual will be provided with every machine.

SHIPPING

We will arrange the most suitable transportation and packaging method for you according to the size of the machine, so as to maximize the protection of the machine and save the shipping cost.

LCL (Less Than Container Load)

Machine will be packed by fumigation-free plywood cases. This kind of packing method is appropriate for unit set of machine and the small overall external dimensions.

FCL(Full Container Load)

Machine will be packed by fumigation-free plywood cases. This kind of packing method is appropriate for unit set of machine and the small overall external dimensions.
